EarlyParrot via its integration with Infusionsoft can:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>populate custom fields for any contact in Infusionsoft CMS<\/li>\n<li>add tags to any contact in Infusionsoft CMS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How to integrate Infusionsoft?<\/h2>\n<p>To integrate Infusionsoft with EarlyParrot, go to the integration section and choose Infusionsoft tab. Click on the Infusionsoft Integration switch to start your integration.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-448 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/infusionsoft-integration.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"687\" height=\"461\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On switching on Infusionsoft Integration, click on <strong>Grant Access button<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-447 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/infusionsoft-integration-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"989\" height=\"460\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A new tab will open, redirecting to Infusionsoft. Infusionsoft will ask you to log in and grant access to EarlyParrot integration application.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-446 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/infusionsoft-integration-3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"586\" height=\"440\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On clicking <strong>Allow<\/strong> button, you will be redirected again to EarlyParrot integration tab, where you have to once more click on Infusionsoft integration switch.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-448 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/infusionsoft-integration.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"687\" height=\"461\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If the integration setup was successful you will be able to see different accordions with several settings as follows.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-445 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/infusionsoft-integration-4.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"495\" \/><\/p>\n<p>There are two kinds of settings that EarlyParrot will require:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Custom field name (please make sure you get the database name)<\/li>\n<li>Tag IDs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>EarlyParrot will populate custom fields and add a tag whenever an event happens. For instance, when a new reward is given out to a referrer, EarlyParrot will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>create a new tag if it does not exist with the reward&#8217;s name<\/li>\n<li>add that tag to the contact in Infusionsoft<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By populating custom fields and adding tags, EarlyParrot can trigger automation on Infusionsoft.<\/p>\n<h2>How to create a custom field and add it to EarlyParrot settings?<\/h2>\n<p>Log into your Infusionsoft account and go to the contacts screen.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-442 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/infusionsoft-integration-8.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1016\" height=\"483\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click on any contact and go to the details\u00a0tab.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-441 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/infusionsoft-integration-9.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"465\" height=\"378\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Scroll down and click on Create Custom field button.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-440 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/infusionsoft-integration-10.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"494\" height=\"348\" \/><\/p>\n<p>When in custom field screen, click on add custom field button.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-439 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/infusionsoft-integration-11.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1071\" height=\"323\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Enter the desired name of the custom field and click on save.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-438 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/infusionsoft-integration-12.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"467\" height=\"408\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On creation a new custom field, please make sure to get the database unique name of the custom field by click on the link\u00a0<strong>View database names.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-437 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/infusionsoft-integration-13.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"811\" height=\"358\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Get the custom field database name and add it to your EarlyParrot settings.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-444 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/infusionsoft-integraton-6.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"791\" height=\"189\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Click Save button, to save the Infusionsoft integration.<\/p>\n<h2>How to create a tag and add it to EarlyParrot settings?<\/h2>\n<p>Log into your Infusionsoft account and go to the settings screen.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-435 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/infusionsoft-integration-15.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"978\" height=\"603\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the settings screen choose Tag Settings.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-434 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/infusionsoft-integration-17.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"983\" height=\"231\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the tag screen, click on Add Tag button to create a new tag.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-433 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/infusionsoft-integration-18.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"425\" height=\"470\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once the tag is created, get the Id of the tag.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-432 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/infusionsoft-integration-19.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"456\" height=\"218\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Put the Id of the tag into EarlyParrot settings.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-443 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/infusionsoft-integration-7.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"860\" height=\"141\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In this case, when EarlyParrot gets a new subscriber, it will first populate the custom fields and then add the provided tag Id to trigger off automation.<\/p>\n<h2>How to add subscribers to both Infusionsoft and EarlyParrot?<\/h2>\n<p>Please note that EarlyParrot will not add subscribers to your InfusionSoft account. EarlyParrot will only add tags and populate custom fields to your Infusionsoft contacts, assuming that the contact already exists. This means that your existing sign-up flow by which subscribers are added to your Infusionsoft account via an Infusionsoft form should remain as is.<\/p>\n<p>This can be easily achieved by adding a Javascript code to your sign-up page. Through this Javascript code, new subscribers are submitted to EarlyParrot prior being submitted to Infusionsoft. EarlyParrot will wait for\u00a0<strong>1 minute before<\/strong> populating the initial custom fields and adding the first tags, giving enough time to Infusionsoft to process the new contact.<\/p>\n<p>The following example assumes you have an Infusionsoft generated form like this one.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-563 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/infusionsoft-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"631\" height=\"323\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Log into your Google Tag Manager and go to <strong>Triggers<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-468 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/gtm-landing-page-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"233\" height=\"446\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Create a new trigger new Page View trigger.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-471 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/gtm-landing-page-10.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"618\" height=\"309\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Call it <strong>EarlyParrot Subscriber Page Trigger<\/strong>. Set the trigger condition to make sure it triggers only on the subscribe page URL.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-562 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/infusionsoft-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1101\" height=\"405\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Once done, create another trigger.
