{"id":330,"date":"2018-07-22T11:44:47","date_gmt":"2018-07-22T10:44:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/?post_type=kbe_knowledgebase&#038;p=330"},"modified":"2018-07-26T07:30:54","modified_gmt":"2018-07-26T06:30:54","slug":"import-subscribers-via-csv","status":"publish","type":"kbe_knowledgebase","link":"https:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/kb\/import-subscribers-via-csv\/","title":{"rendered":"Import subscribers via CSV"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>EarlyPrarot allows you to import subscribers via CSV to kick-start your referral campaign.<\/p>\n<h2>Who should use CSV import?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>SaaS companies which would like to kick-start their referral campaign with existing SaaS users (both free and paid customers)<\/li>\n<li>E-commerce stores which would like to import shoppers<\/li>\n<li>List builders who would like to engage with their subscribers to get referrals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once a subscriber is imported, if welcome emails are enabled and if the campaign is live, they will automatically receive a welcome email, inviting them to confirm their participation in the referral campaign. It is important to remind your subscriber often about your referral campaign to maximise participation.<\/p>\n<h2>How to import new subscribers?<\/h2>\n<p>Go to the <strong>subscribers tab<\/strong> for the campaign you wish to import new subscribers. Click on <strong>Import CSV button.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-417 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/import-subscribers.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"732\" height=\"372\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A popup will load up, clearly stating the CSV format required by EarlyParrot. EarlyParrot requires Email, Firstname, Lastname fields to be present (with Firstname, Lastname or both can be empty).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-416 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.earlyparrot.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/import-subscriber-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"652\" height=\"336\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Clicking on <strong>Choose File<\/strong> button<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>will ask you to choose a file from your disk such as this one.
